VT Cica Mild Toner Pad

These versatile toner pads aid in refining skin texture and restoring balance to the skin. How to Use: 

Using the included tweezer, take a toner pad. After cleansing, use the embossed side of the pad to gently wipe the T-zone area of the face. Repeat the process using the soft side of the pad, wiping across all areas except the eye and lip regions.
